The live-arrival policy

If your shrimp arrive dead, we make it right. Here's exactly how it works:

  1. Take photo or video of the unopened bag within2 hours of the first delivery attempt.
  2. Email it to hello@shrimppimps.com.
  3. Pick one: a full refund, or replacement shrimp.

One honest note: if you choose replacements, you pay the shipping on the reshipment — so the refund is usually the better deal. We'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you.

When your box lands

Don't float the bag and walk away. Drip-acclimate for about an hour — details on the care page — and your new crew settles in by dinner time.
